1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiongy ("jiongy", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiongy.org and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

jiongy operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and provides online casino games, live dealer services, slot games, crash games, bingo, and sports betting services to eligible players located in the Philippines.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and all communications with jiongy's customer support team. By using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with jiongy and confirm your acceptance of these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the jiongy Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, comprising real-money deposits, withdrawable winnings, and any credited bonus funds separately identified as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching funds granted by jiongy subject to wagering requirements, which are distinct from real-money funds and governed by applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing each individual game offered on the Platform, accessible within the game interface or the jiongy help centre.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process jiongy is required to conduct under applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the jiongy website at jiongy.org, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jiongy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play or are otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use the Platform;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or legal restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended jiongy Account;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiongy, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

jiongy reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jiongy, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the jiongy Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiongy reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and confiscate all balances in those accounts.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiongy login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jiongy will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, and jiongy shall bear no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.3 Account Accuracy

The name registered on your jiongy Account must match the name on your government-issued identification and your registered payment methods. Accounts with mismatched names may have withdrawals withheld pending identity verification. jiongy reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading registration information is provided.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

jiongy is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before allowing continued gameplay above specified deposit thresholds.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS card, PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account matching the name on your jiongy Account);
• Source of funds declaration, where required for accounts with high transaction volumes.

Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. jiongy processes KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC verification is completed. jiongy will not charge any fee for standard KYC processing.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiongy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jiongy's discretion with notice provided via Platform update.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence under jiongy's AML policy. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, after identity verification of the sender.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels and ₱500 for bank transfer channels. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been previously used to deposit into the same jiongy Account, or to a verified account in the same name. jiongy targets withdrawal processing within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions; bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

6.4 Fees

jiongy does not charge a fee on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals and USDT withdrawals may incur network or institutional fees, which will be displayed to you before you confirm the withdrawal request. jiongy reserves the right to introduce or modify fees with seven (7) days' prior notice.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jiongy offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at jiongy is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Certain games — including but not limited to live casino tables, certain slot titles with RTP above 97%, and sports bets with odds below 1.50 — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. jiongy reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine play.
• All bonuses expire after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.

8. Gaming Rules

All games available on the jiongy Platform are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific Game Rules and these Terms, the specific Game Rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, payouts, and bet settlement procedures.

jiongy's games are provided by licensed third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, and NetEnt. The integrity and fairness of game outcomes are certified by the respective providers and governed by their licensing authorities. jiongy does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, jiongy will investigate the incident and apply the resolution procedure mandated by the relevant game provider and PAGCOR guidelines. Bets that cannot be fairly settled due to a technical error may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jiongy Platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game staff, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, loopholes, or unintended features in any game or the Platform, whether discovered intentionally or otherwise;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jiongy staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jiongy;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, responsible gaming control, or account suspension measure implemented by jiongy.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, recovery of any fraudulently obtained winnings, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software on the jiongy Platform — including but not limited to the jiongy brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, audio-visual elements, and game interfaces — are the property of jiongy or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content. Unauthorised use of jiongy's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiongy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiongy shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond jiongy's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government action, or network outages;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses caused by your reliance on inaccurate information provided by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jiongy's liability for death or personal injury caused by jiongy's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jiongy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jiongy Account holders at no charge through the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts at regular intervals displaying session duration and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jiongy Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. A minimum self-exclusion period of six (6) months applies.

13. Suspension and Termination

jiongy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Account inactivity — defined as no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (see Section 13.1 below);
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or a third-party exclusion order from a responsible gaming authority;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or a competent authority.

13.1 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. jiongy will send a notification to the registered email address thirty (30) days before applying the inactive account policy. Following that notice period, a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in and completing any required re-verification.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jiongy Account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jiongy reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jiongy will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at jiongy.org/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The jiongy Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through jiongy's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints handling process.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jiongy's customer support team and allow jiongy a period of thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter to any external body. Any formal legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
